A Non-Refundable deposit is made to secure a scheduled installation at a Brick & Mortar Business or Mobile Services. The non-refundable deposit is $50.00usd and is deducted from the total balance of the quoted price. The Total Price is due before installation. The Non-Refunable deposit also allows a installation date change the day of installation if needed. hassle free. 

The Cacelation Policy does allow customers to cancel installation on a scheduled install. The Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to installation. If paid in full and 48 hours notice is given, a full refund will be aranged. If, Paid in full and less than 48 hours notice is given, a $120.00usd Non-Refundable Cancelation Fee will be deducted from your Refund. If the $120.00 Non-Refunable cancellation fee applies on a complete cancelation of serivice, The Non-Refunable cancellation fee cannot and will not be transfered to a later date unless pre scheduled with the Sales Desk. 

The Refund Policy is simple. We will refund if all notices from 1. Non-Refunable Deposit Policy and 2. Cancellation Policy guidlines are met. 48 hours before installation. If Remote Start Shop or the applicable Brick and Mortar businesses recive a notices in any form such as 1. phone call or 2. email 48 hours before scheduled installation. A Full refund will be submitted. No Hassle. 

No items purchased or installed qualify for return. RemoteStartShop does not accept returns nor requests to remove installed products to be returned for a refund. At no point in time will Remote Start Shop refund any products purchased or previously installed.
